This is rich and full of flavour and continues to age and improve over time. Cultured over 4 days – allowing time for sharpness to develop. The cheese needs to be thickened, so is not raw, but definitely vegan and dairy-free! Ingredients:  cashews, nutritional yeast, rejuvelac, Shiro Miso, sea salt and agar.  Keep in the fridge up to 3 months.
