Mmmmmmmm, providing what you asked for:  a spreadable, melting cheese. So – it’s not raw but is definitely vegan, dairy & gluten free. Ingredients: coconut yoghurt, filtered water, nutritional yeast, canola oil, Shiro Miso, sea salt, tapioca flour, kappa carrageenan and xanthan gum. Keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
