Wonderful creamy take on the Swiss original – just no holes! Flavoured with raw sauerkraut, cultured 4-5 days and air-dried for 2-3 days to produce it’s wonderful flavour. Ingredients:  coconut yoghurt, cashews, tapioca flour, cabbage, juniper, carraway, dill and fennel seeds, chicory extract, nutritional yeast, canola oil, apple cider vinegar, rejuvelac, salt, water & agar. Keep in the fridge for up to two months, or freeze for up to four months.
