Air Dried Camembert

A wonderful flavoursome cheese – cultured for 3 days and air dried for 48 hours – creating a thin rind and a soft and gooey center. The mixture needs to be heated to incorporate the agar, so is not raw, but definitely vegan and dairy-free! Ingredients:  Coconut yoghurt, cashews, rejuvelac, canola oil, nutritional yeast, sea salt, tapioca flour, and agar.  Keep in the fridge for 2 weeks or store in  the freezer for up to 4 months.
