At Rawmazing Queenstown we believe in getting the most out of nature’s nutrition – which generally means doing the least amount to it! We are not trying to convert anyone to a set eating pattern or put any limitations on food – rather we are huge believers in eating what makes you feel good – and of course everything in moderation!

We are happy to be able to offer a wide range of RAW, GLUTEN-FREE and DAIRY-FREE goodies.  There is lots of choice here and the goodies are meant for everyone to be able to enjoy. That our food appeals to lots of people eating VEGAN, PALEO, PLANT BASED and ALLERGY-FREE is just an added bonus! You can select from breads, crackers, sweet treats – including raw chocolates, rawnolas & energy bars, ARTISAN VEGAN / DAIRY-FREE CHEESES, nut milks and activated nuts.

Why Raw? Pretty simple really – cooking above a certain temperature destroys a lot of the nutrients in food.  Raw doesn’t mean a lack of flavour though – and the real workhorse in a RAW kitchen is the dehydrator.  Ingredients are brought together with lots of marinades, spices and herbs and then slowly dehydrated at no more than 47 degrees – retaining all their goodness and enhancing the flavours.

Everything is made to order ensuring it’s as fresh as possible when you collect it. All orders go on our list and are completed asap – or to an agreed date.  Of course, a lot of the recipes make more than one item, so we’ll also generally have a selection on hand for those last minute orders! Visitors or tourists coming in to town on holidays can of course order in advance!  Please have a look at the Goodies List and use the Order / Contact page if you’d like to place an order. Orders can be collected in Queenstown and deliveries are availableto Alexandra, Cromwell, Wanaka, Invercargill and Dunedin – and some places in between! See the Pick Up / Delivers page for more information.
